Simply Mia's Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. Sometimes circumstances require prompt cancellation of a scheduled appointment. If you can cancel well in advance, there are no fees associated. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a $50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee, but you must reschedule at that time and the fee will be added to your next appointment. Non-emergency cancellations on the day of your appointment, are subject to full payment of your service and must be paid via Zelle (no fees) or Venmo (5% fee). Immediate family emergencies are waived of the cancellation fee but this will not apply to extended family members. Immediate sickness/Covid are waived only if you reschedule within 72 hours. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment (without any notice) then you will forfeit any future appointments with Simply Mia's. I have the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason.
