Simply Mia's Cancellation Policy
Commitment is valued, and Mia emphasizes the importance of keeping appointments or providing ample notice for any changes. Mia is aware that life happens, and we cannot control our schedules. Mia will never change your appointment unless requested; however, she may contact you to offer earlier dates or times. Any changes, such as canceling or rescheduling within 3 days, are subject to a $75.00 non-refundable cancellation fee and must be paid using Zelle (Please contact Mia for Zelle information). If you cancel the day of your service, full payment is due for that service (non-refundable). Once payment has been received, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment. Failure to pay the cancellation fee or respond to my reminders by 5 pm the day before, or not showing up for your scheduled appointment, will forfeit any future visits with Simply Mia's. No further communication or contact is required. I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
